What Causes Low WBC Count , Fever And Vomiting?
18 y.o. male, 1 week history of cyclic fever (spikes up to 103 at night.) Violent episodes of vomiting twice in last week 3 days apart. CBC done twice. WBC wnl. platelets low @ 85,000. Mono negative. Strep negative. ER doc mentioned LFT were up slightly but didn't give #'s. Any thoughts?
