What Causes Low Blood Pressure Along With Nausea In An Elderly Person?

My elderly mother 81 has a blood pressure reading of 104/44 HR 69 and Blood pressure 99/43 with hr 70 at bedtime, I took two readings. She is on blood pressure medicine. She has been complaining of a lot of nausea during the daytime, wondered if this is something to be alarmed about or should I just take a weeks worth of reading and report to her doctor. She has a previous history of a stroke back in 2003. Thanks

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, if this is just the symptoms of vomiting and nothing else then it can be managed with Tab Domperidone dyspepsia may be the cause if this fails to respond then you can see the doctor for her hope this information helps.
