Hello!

Thank you for asking on HCM!

I read your question carefully and understand your concern.

I would like to know about your heart rate, if it has been always so low?

What other medications are you taking besides lisinopril.

Every change in the dose of antihypertensive drugs, needs up to a week to show its effects on the blood pressure.

So even if your blood pressure is low, it may take some days for the changes to the dose, to get a new equilibrium of your blood pressure.
I would not recommend to make other changes in the next days, and just wait.

Regarding your low heart rate, it doesn't seem to be related to lisinopril ( which is an ACE inhibitor).
I would recommend an ambulatory 24 h ECG monitoring to examine better your heart rhythm.

Hope to have been of help!

Greetings! Dr. Iliri
