What Causes Low Blood Pressure Level Along With Fatigue And Insomnia?

I am a type one diabetic and my physician is concerned that I may have another auto immune disorder. I was trying to look up my symptoms to see what I need to talk to my endocrine doctor about looking into. These are my symptoms: very low blood pressure (as low as 80/53), joint pain, extreme fatigue, poor immune system ( I catch everything that comes along), and insomnia.

Hi,

These symptoms are due to diabetes mellitus in which the body feels fatigued, restless and due to fall in blood sugar patient can develop low blood pressure.

You need to get blood tests to find the level blood glucose sugar whether it is ok or not. It is better to get an appointment with an endocrinologist so that you can be examined properly and accordingly treated. You need not worry about having any autoimmune disorder.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
