What Causes Low Blood Pressure Levels?
i am 64 years old, always decent health 6 foot tall weight 215, still working in real estate, good diet. on blood pressure med, 20 mg of lipitoral, blood pressure now is averaging 112/68-70 pause rate is averaging 44-48 seems a little low, just feeling tired, I have dr appointment in 2 months to check meds, thinking about calling in early

Your blood pressure is though ok but the pulse is below 50 which is an indication that heart is not working properly and it is a case of bradycardia.
Your fatigue and tiredness are because of low blood supply to organs.
I suggest you to visit to nearby cardiologist as soon as possible so that your concerns can be addressed.
