What Causes Low Blood Pressure Levels?

90 yr old mother with pacemaker/defibrillator experiencing low blood pressure, Has had for at least 5 years. Recently had a spell ? of low blood pressure, and now erratic heart rythums according to tech. See doctor this week, what could possibly be problem. Has congestive heart failure diagnosis and weak heart.
