What Causes Low Blood Pressure Levels?
I have been under the weather for the past few days with flu-like symptoms and then I just took my BP and it was 87/47. my bp has never been that low, as a matter of fact its usually high, hence me taking amlodipine 10mg 1x daily. why did my bp drop so low and should I be concerned?

Hypothermia usually, won't cause hypotension unless problem may associate with:
1. Hypothyroidism
2. Sepsis
3. Alcohol intoxication
4. Therapeutic hypothermia
Please consult your physician, he/she will examine and find the right cause for your hypotension and treat you accordingly.
