What Causes Low Blood Pressure While On Lisinopril?

I am experiencing low blood pressure, varying from 97/54 to 104/70. I believe it may be a symptom of dehydration, but want to know - if it is dehydration, how long would it take for blood pressure to rise back to my usual pressures, generally they run around 116/80 or so. I take 10 mg of Lisinopril daily for prophylactic kidney protection (I am diabetic)

Hello,

Let me tell you that Lisinopril is an anti-hypertensive and is used in high blood pressure. Please talk to your doctor for dose adjustments or it is better to stop it altogether.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
