What Causes Low Blood Pressure?

I have low blood pressure of 106 over 70. I have had history of feeling nausea, vomiting and light headedness. This get trigger more when I am stressed out or lack of sleep due to work. I am 52 year old female, should I be concerned? I have a healthy lifestyle, 5feet 2 inches weigh 125 pounds, exercise daily!

I can understand your concerns.

BP 106/70 is on lower side. This is causing the symptoms of light-headedness and nausea/vomiting.

Take 10-12 glasses of water.
Increase salt content in your diet.

You can take tablet domperidone 10mg for nausea.
