Dear sir /madam i can understand your concern
i am very sorry about the condition of your mom
Considering the past tumour history of pancreas i suggest the evaluation to be done on pancreas
there is a condition known as insulinoma which will produce more insulin in body than required and leads to low sugar.
i suggest your mon to avoid simple carbohydrates and take complex carbohydrates
frequent small meals with time gap of 2 hrs should me given in morning
and during night complex carbs with a sugar check at 3 am should be done and milk with bread sshould be given if sugars are low.
kindly meet your treating oncologist
regards
