What Causes Low Body Temperature And Sleeplessness?

Hi, I have an upper respiratory infection and a body temperature of 96.5. I have had the low body temperature for about three months and also the respiratory infection. I am dehydrated but trying to keep hydrated, it s difficult because I had mineral deficencies that are now being treated, as well as low potassium in blood tests.I have also been going to bed at 3 a.m. and waking up at 11 a.m. for about six months, due to having been on a different time schedule work wise. Could the low body temperature be related to lack of sleep for a long period of time? and dehydration and infection?

Thank you for following up, your temperature can be low due your weakness and because you was exhausted and dehydrated. It is often sign of dehydration.
- Try to keep yourself hydrated by plenty of water, hot tea
- Eat potassium rich products:raisins, potato, carrots, bananas, apricot, grapes and etc.
- Follow healthy lifestyle
Take care!

Wishing you and your family good health!
