What Causes Low Body Temperature And Sweating At Night?

Hi my son is 2 years of age and for the past week he he has been having a low tempreature. His temp is normally around 37:0 c but for the past week it have been 36.2 and since his temperature has dropped he is sweating only at night. But as soon as he wakes up he fine again
