What Causes Low Cortisol Level After Removing Cancerous Part Of Breast?

I a Breast cancer patient 3 1/2 year ago had one half of my Breast removed. Lim Node removed also. Then a year an half ago I had a partial hystertomy. Now having low cortisol 0.04-0.08 my doctors did nothing I found in my medical records when I kept telling them something s wrong. They dismiss it now I had endocrine doctor do more blood work 2 weeks ago they said nothing I found again another H in my PLT this time. It shows 399. I never had my PLT H before this is the first time. Do I need to be worried?
