What Causes Low Creatinine Level?

actually my brother is suffering from ckd....his creatinine level is 5.4 now...I am willing to donate a kidney...searching for the best possible hospital to do the op. in India. My brother is 39, I am 30. I have respiratory problems...but not too severe. i am prescribed taking foracort forte inhaler twice a day apart from the sos one. Also want to know would i be an eligible donor? I smoke but I am trying to quit.

Hi, dear
I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern. But according to rrcent research you should not donate kidney to your family members. There is a high chance of developing graft verses host disease. So fine some other HLA matched donor.
