Hello ma'am and welcome.

Chances of pregnancy are indeed low, and I don't think you should worry about pregnancy. A hormonal imbalance although could be possible with the implanon, and if you are experiencing any symptoms then report to your prescribing doctor who will help with suppressing the symptoms.

As for pregnancy, I am unclear about whether you wish to conceive or not. If you do, then you should have the implanon removed at the earliest. Speak to your doctor about the same.

Best wishes.
