What Causes Low Fetal Weight And Small Abdominal Circumference?
I am currently 29 weeks pregnant. During the ultrasound yesterday, technician told me that baby looked small for the age. Baby is 2.3 pounds now. Later dr told me that the baby's head and limbs measured normal, abdominal circumference measured small. Placenta looked good, umbilical cord blood flow also looked good. Amniotic fluids level were also normal. They just asked me to come back in 3 weeks for another growth ultrasound. I am very worried, what can I do to make sure my baby is growing steadily ?

no need to worry now as other parameters are normal
please eat protien food
sleep 2hours afternoon night 8hrs on left lateral position
better take ARG sachets in water daily once
follow up scans
