What Causes Low Fever Every Evening, Which Has Been Continuing Over Months?

I have low fever every evening and feel weak as well. It usually last for few hours, there after I feel better. This has been going on for more than 9 months. I did the following tests: cbc, blood culture, pneumonia, and all the H panels, nothing was found wrong yet the symptoms remain. I have been treated for malaria.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

I think you should check your thyroid hormone levels because hyperthyroidism often gives elevated body temperature.
Also, it may be a sign of menopause if you are around 50.
It is non Hodgkin lymphoma or tuberculosis since you tested the complete blood count and pulmonary tests and everything come out normal.

Hope I have answered your query.
Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Olgeta Xhufka ,
