What Causes Low Fever,runny Nose,weakness And Body Ache?
Hello Dr,
I am having low grade fever around 99.5-100.5 since last 4-5 days,other symptoms include runnnig nose,weekness,body ache.Appetite is okay.
I Have taken paracetamol along with some anti cold (phenyleffrine+Dextromethorphan+cetrizine).
Please advise ,what i am suffering from.

It seems from the history that you are having running nose with fever, weakness, body ache..
These symptoms indicate viral infection resulting in upper respiratory tract infection.
The treatment is by use of anti cold drugs and antibiotics.
You can continue paracetamol and anti cold drug and may require antibiotic along with the above two drugs.
