What Causes Low Grade Fever, Abdominal Pain And Nausea?

I have a low grade fever, abdominal pain, tenderness on left side, feeling bloated, lots of belching, feeling nauseous, no appetite, feeling like I need to pass gas, but that is difficult to do. This has been going on most of today, what is wrong with me? Note: many years ago I was diagnosed with a hiatal hernia - could that be causing this?

Hello,

I don't think this is related to the hiatal hernia. You may need to do a coproculture to check for infection. Taking probiotics can normalize the intestinal flora. Try to avoid food that triggers it.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
