What Causes Low Grade Fever Along With Fatigue And Pain In The Neck?

Off and on for over a year I have run a fever mostly in the 99 s but this past week I am going as high as 100.4-.5. I get tired and I have pain running down the left side of my neck and it goes into my left shoulder with severe pain if I move it wrong way. Appreciate your help

it is low grade fever and may be it is normal for you. might be having general debility. might be having cervical spondilosys. take neck color an use hard bed. avoid pillow at bed time. exclude uti and gofor blood mp done. take analgesic like tab hifenac. maintain hydration can have complete blood analysis and stool urine test.
