General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Very likely you are experiencing these symptoms due to a viral infection. Generally these are self limiting and will improve soon, I would expect you to feel much better in about 3-4 days.

Meanwhile you will need to take some medications to help with the symptoms. Ibuprofen (after food) and paracetamol for pain, omeprazole for the stomach to feel better and eat and drink frequent small amounts to help with the loss of appetite. Resting will help you recover and feel better sooner.

If you notice no improvement in 3-4 days or you notice any worsening, please see your doctor to have a full examinations and rule out other conditions.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr. Antoneta Zotaj, General & Family Physician
