Cardiologist 's  Response
Hello,

Cold feet are related to the infection and maybe dehydration. I would recommend trying to feed him as frequently as possible in small portions in order to avoid dehydration. If he continues to stay drowsy, I would recommend consulting again with his pediatrician.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Ilir Sharka, Cardiologist
