What Causes Low Grade Fever And Lower Abdominal Pain?

my 56 y/o white male husband is c/o lower abdominal pain, sharp ( has no appendix and no gall bladder) started today, with low grade temp treated with acetaminophen and temp is now down. c/o feeling like he needs to have a bm but is going regularly and is not constipated. also stiff joints, increased fatigue with over 8hrs a night of sleep. has recently been treated for uri with sinus infection with amoxicillin and an 8 day prevpak dosing pack that finished 1 week ago. he states area feels like a pulled muscle . I palpated entire lower abdomen to pelvic region and found no lumps, or any areas of concern. testicles normal size and shape and not tender to touch or palpation. no n/v/d/c verbalized by pt.

it can be u ti. get urine tested, or it can be urinary bladder calculi. take ultrasound kub. drink more water and take alcasol syrup three times daily. get checked by urologist for examination and advise ontreatmentdonot take medicine without doctors advise-for all other problem you may take symptomatic treatment.take tab paracetamol to control fever
