Daughter, age 23 living in Taiwan. Spent 1 week in Korea for christmas. Back in Taiwan she has diagnosed tonsillitis and is taking antibiotics. Now she has low-gr fever for 3 days, lots of rash on body this morning (sudden onset) a lot on chest, inside elbow, feet, knee, upper thigh, and the hand and webbing of fingers are the worst areas. Only itchy on hands. Only bumpy on thighs and knees. Her school has recently had quarantine for foot and mouth disease (New Taipei, Taiwan). Her tonsils are swollen, and throat looks normally pink. She is on her way to the doctor this morning in Taipei. She lives in a damp basement and there is a de-humidifier. No problems breathing (she does not have asthma) but her voice sounds raspy. No pain or swelling in lymph nodes at jaw.
