What Causes Low Grade Fever In A Child?

I have a 4 yr old that has been potty trained since she was 1.. just recently she started running a low grade fever here and there with no other symptoms she just felt bad.. we took her to the doctor and CBC was clear, no strep, and no flu.. but that same she had 2 bowel movements in her sleep and never knew she did it.. the next night she had an accident right before bed and the 3rd night she used he bathroom in the bed again without ever knowing she does it.. she has never used the bathroom in the bed.. it just worries me..

Maybe she is having gastroenteritis a viral infection. It is characterised by diarrhoea and maybe vomiting and low-grade fever Give her probiotics such enterogermina. It may last for five days.
