What Causes Low Grade Fever In The Night With Headache And Dizziness?

I have had a low grade fever at night for 6 days 108, slight headache, Very tired. Went to the doctor yesterday she did a chest x-ray to make sure no Pheunmonia. Urine sample to check for urinary track infections. She said if I still have a fever on Monday come back or if anything gets worse go to emergency. I have a pinching sensation in my pelvic area. I didn t have that yesterday.
