What Causes Low Hanging Testicles And Pain In Abdomen?

Hello sir, I m 22 years old.. I m a regular masterburetar.. . Now my testicles are hanging very low... also my sperm count was very low.. and I have pain in my bottom abdomen... I consulted a doctor.. they said its not a big problem... it will automatically cleared... but I suffered by this problem upto 2 months... so I m scared sir, please help me....

Hello,

In lean thin and tall individuals, testicles hang more and can cause traction on groin which can lead to abdominal discomfort. however, this is not going to cause you any side effect. There is nothing to worry. You can wear a scrotal support if discomfort is too much.
