Hello,

Systolic BP 103 is on the lower side of the normal and even pulse 57 per minute too is a bit slow. However, without knowing her usual BP and pulse readings it is difficult to comment. BP is on the lower side of the normal & pulse is a bit slow. If she has no other symptoms like tiredness or breathlessness with these values, then no need to worry. You will have to monitor the readings at home on a regular basis. What are the drugs she is on? Because heart rate and BP depend upon the drugs being taken by the patient also. Drugs like Beta blocker reduce the heart rate. If you have any doubts please do come back.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
