What Causes Low Heart Rate Along With Excessive Sweating?

Nephew in hospital with low heart rate, low temp, profuse sweating , pupils are fixed and not even. Sleeping and head pain.no one can tell what s wrong all blood work normal, they went camping the week before symptoms. Could it be a paricite or worms from raccoons . Any hints parents are begging for help

Hi,

Could it be a tick bite . They are known to cause paralysis and very common in camping patients . What about the limb movement ? Does MRI show anything? I think it could be something which is missed .
