What Causes Low Heart Rate Along With Pain In Chest?

Hello, Lately I ve been having pain in my chest when I breathe. Today, the pain wasnt so bad, but I had this feeling that I felt like I was going to throw up and then afterwards found it difficult to focus. I currently have a very low heart rate, a temperature of 95.4 F and my stomach is killing me.

Hi,

Consult a cardiologist and get evaluated. You have to go for a serial ECG to rule other any hear arrhythmia.
