Hi There

A decrease in heart rate during rest is a normal physiological process. As during rest the metabolic demand of the body decreases so the heart rate also decreases which actually reflects a healthy heart. So dont worry for that.

For the pauses you are experiencing i would like to advise an ECG to see what type of heart rhythm is going on.

I wish you good health
