Hello,
Thank you for asking on HCM! I carefully went through your mother's report.
Before giving you a proper reason for her symptoms I would like to know some more results such as:

-The amount of bleeding after surgery and is she still bleeding at her drains?
-The actual cortisol and electrolyte level.

The fact that the HB is going down may be because she is still bleeding. The blood pressure is also low and for this may be two reasons: The low dose of hydrocortisone or the great amount of the bleeding.
I am opened for further questions.

Best regards,
I find this answer helpful
