What Causes Low Iron Level Despite Taking Iron Supplements?

Goodafternoon,I am very low on iron,also have lukeimia. I have been told I might have to transfusion for my low iron,I have been taking 325 mg of iron pills aday per my doc but its not raising the iron count ,what exactly does that mean,consist of? Thank you

I think your iron absorption is not up to the mark. do you have any problem regarding digesting foods? if you have any problem then consult wult your physician to what you have deficit by running some tests.
