What Causes Low Iron Levels During Pregnancy?

Hi. Im currently 31 weeks pregnant and have super low iron levels. 14%. Except im confused because i eat lots of iron rich foods! I feel exhausted majority of the time. I was just wondering if smoking marijuana can cause your body to not absorb the iron im eating?

The iron is required by the developing fetus and its demand during pregnancy increases. The iron supplements are advised during pregnancy. The level of Hb 14% as above is good one and you should not worry.Just continue the recommended dietary allowance for iron.
