Respected sir, now I am 60 year old, five year back my sexual power has been decreased and my penny also decreased, I want to satisfy my wife she is 45. I am having blood sugar and B.P. getting insuling 20 unit per day along with pioge MF GP 2 forte. Kindly advise me what medicine I have to take.

It is due to weakness of the nerves by uncontrolled blood sugar. Make sure that your blood sugar is well within the normal range. If symptoms persist, it is better to consult a physician and get evaluated.
