What Causes Low Libido And Weak Erections After Taking Fertyl?

i am 34 yr old male and i recently took fertyl m tablets for a month on the advice of the gynec since i had low sperm count. before taking these pills i used to get a good erection and had a good sex life i used to make love to my wife for 45-50 mins and she used to get 3-4 orgasms but since taking these pills i do not get a urge also do not get a good erection. even when i get one it stays for a short time and the intensity is less. though the sperm count has increased after taking these medicines. please answer if these are any side effects of fertyl m

The fertyl m tablet contains Clomifene.

Theoretically this drug should not be the cause of erectile dysfunction in your case. Kindly discuss with your treating doctor for any alternate to fertyl m tablet. You may temporarily discontinue it for 3 to 4 weeks and see. If your sexual dysfunction improves then fertyl m is the likely culprit in your case.
