What Causes Low Libido While Suffering From Multiple Sclerosis?

My husband, 59, has had MS since 1980. It has been progressing slowly until recently. He is now in a wheelchair. His penis seems almost completely hidden and has lost the ability to be aroused. This happened in his last MS attack. What has happened and can he be treated?

Hi,

After checking his cardiac status and prostate we can try PDE5 inhibitor in low dose and increase as needed. But medical supervision must during this phase.
