What Causes Low Libido?

Hi doc, my husband is 35 yrs and he is having low libido I believe as he cannot keep himself hard enough to penetrate. It s been 3 yrs now that he had made love to me. He is not interested. Is it normal to have low libido at this age. What should we do to bring his interest back and how can we over come the situation.
