What Causes Low Libido?

i am robert, 25yrs old. unmarried but have a girlfriend, when we want have sex i cant penetrate even. i sometimes when alone experience wet dreams. when at work place i normally i feel rigid erections with my co-worker only. does she has some medicine to keep me dosile coz she behaved to have liked me but i never showed any interest. i slept in her house several days and never asked for and sex. please advise if i can see the doctor, and drugs available. i am in dilemma coz i have sex desire to any one except her alone.

I can understand your concern.

The problem you describe suggests partner specific erectile dysfunction.
This is due to psychological factors. Most common is performance anxiety.

The problem can best managed by proper communication with the partner.
Both of you should see a psychiatrist for this. The relationship issues and sexual preferences should be discussed with your treating doctors. It’s all in one’s mind.
There are effective behavior therapies for this.
There is no physical problem as you can achieve and maintain good quality of erection otherwise. (Except your girlfriend).
Medication alone cannot fix this issue.
