What Causes Low Pulse Rate, Dizziness, Stomach Ache And Constipation?
My boyfriend bp has been low and his pulse. He has been dizzy for the past two days and hard for him to stay awake. But he has been eating and drinking. Now his stomach hurting all the way around and his back to. But he also has not had a bowel movement. What could be going on.

He should get evaluated. He should go to doctor as soon as possible. Doing blood tests and an ultrasound is needed.
