I checked my blood pressure today and my pulse rate is sometimes 48 but today it was 43. Do I need to be concerned? I am dieting but not that physically active on a regular basis, as far as exercising. On the go a lot and moving about but not regular exercise. Why is my pulse so low?

As per your history is concerned please follow my advise below-: 1)Do ECG & ECHO and check all clinical cardiopulmonary signs . 2)Check Fasting blood sugar and TSH,T3,T4 3)Do full blood count with differential 4) Correct anemia by injectable drugs
