What Causes Low Semen Volume After Having Right Orchiectomy?
I am 26 y/o, I underwent right orchiectomy 7yrs ago and think is cz of much masturbation as i started it at 13y/o. I failed to stop masturbation even after operation till now. I masturbate more than 7times a week and think it s addiction, i have less amount of semen on each ejaculation. my testicle is small by my observation, ma penis can erect any time with physical or emotional stimulus. i plan to have a wife next yr but am afraid of sterility due to that small testicle low semen volume.
