What Causes Low Sex Drive After Having Carnitor For Infertility Problem?

hi, there. well, i'm a 29 yrs old married man for 3 yrs we have been planning baby for 5 months. i've done my semen analysis were plus cells rate was 5-7 and immotile was 75 and according to them i can't have baby of my own they gave ZIQ and CARNITOR medicine for 2 mth. I've been taking this medicine and we have been doing sex after her 8 day in period till 14. and one morning while i was try to get physical with my wife my penis didn't get active. Is this due to me having that medicine. Well, after having those medicine i have less desire of sex so do u have and solution. Or there is anything serious.

Because of the stress you might not be having proper erection and this is not because of the medicine, let me tell you something that pregnancy is more natural phenomenon than physiological one and so why even after every things are normal certain couple does not get pregnancy while with certain incompatibility pregnancy being noted, so just keep trying, do not give off your hope, keep the stress level nil, have a good luck.
