Hello,

The low sodium level in the blood indicates loss in the urine and which can be due to diuretic use, other conditions of kidney malfunctioning or else. This does not imply sign of calcium leakage at least on apparent basis but there can be associated issue with other underlying pathology which has to be evaluated.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
