What Causes Low Testosterone Levels While Suffering From Primary Hypogonadism?

Hi. I m a 30 year old male and I was diagnosed with low testosterone (252 ng/dl). My lh (3.2) and fsh (3.4) levels are normal. So are my prolactin (12) and dhea. I went through puberty in my late teens, but I don t have any physical symptoms of low testosterone. I have low energy levels, low libido, and fatigue. Still, the numbers don t make sense. I can t actually have primary hypogonadism because I completed puberty, right?mehat is going on?
