General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Your symptoms seem to be related to uterine myoma.

The abdominal pain can be related to the presence of the myoma.

I suggest using Buscopan to relieve the pain.

The treatment consists of surgery.

I suggest consulting a gynecologist for further evaluation.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Dorina Gurabardhi, General & Family Physician
