Welcome to Healthcare magic,

As per the history i have noted that the lower abdominal pain could be a result of not passing stools regularly(i.e constipation) and due to increased pressure being applied during defaecation the mass might be coming out,but i would like to know your age and gender prior to confirmed telling you.

So i would like to tell you to consult a surgeon and get examined.

Regards.
