General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

It seems that you are having genital infection, might be yeast or any other problem. That's need to get further investigated through a :

- good gynecological examination
- vaginal swab testing
- urine analysis
- abdominal ultrasound

If started after Monostat treatment, might be a possible allergy to monistat. However, as abovementioned, need further investigations.

For the moment, I can only suggest to:

- keep good genital hygiene
- apply clotrimazole cream locally together with zinc oxide ointment.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
