What Causes Lower Abdominal And Stomach Pain Radiating To Groin?

I had severe stomach then lower abdominal pain which then went to my right groin area. It was severe but lasted only about 5 hours. Since then I ve had a dark brown discharge. Before this incident I had consumed a lot of fiber bars over a period of about a week which I thought caused the pain. But now I have discharge. Thank you. Debbie

Both the problems have pain in abdomen and brown discharge may be unrelated.

The cause of the pain in abdomen radiating to the groin can be due to spasm of the uterus to expel the contents / Stone in the ureter / Urinary tract infection and so on.

I would advise you the following:
Get an ultrasonography to find out what is the problem in the uterus, ovaries and tubes and other structures in the pelvis and abdomen.
To see if there is pregnancy related problem or infection.
To get blood, urine and stool tests.
Get an Opinion of a Gynecologist.
To get an appropriate treatment as per the clinical findings and reports of the investigations.
