What Causes Lower Abdominal Cramps During Pregnancy?

I am 10 weeks and 2 days pregnant and i have been having slight cramps in my lower abdominal but only when i sleep or move to sudden. What i asking is if that is normal or if i should be worried becasue i have have two misscarages in the past and i guess im just scared.

Hi dear, I have gone through your question and understand your concerns. Slightly normal cramps in the lower abdomen is common in pregnancy.
This is due to stretching of the muscular wall of the uterus due to the advancement of the pregnancy.
